Yes, you will need a credit or debit card to start a trial. This is because our tech support will be there from day one to help you get set up and upload any equipment data you have.

Everybody's data is different, so we don't have an automated system, but you can send us an excel or csv export and we can upload it for you.
We use Firebase, a google backed technology, for user authentication and to store data. As a UK-based company, we are subject to UK GDPR legislation and we are registered with the Information Commissioners' Office.
You can upgrade your subscription and change your billing period at any time. By default, your trial will start with one Contributor (you) and one 500 Equipment Pack, billed monthly.
We recommend that you take a month or two to get your team and equipment onboard, then switch to the annual plan to benefit from the discount.
We have a support chat widget in the desktop and mobile app and we are more than happy to provide training sessions for your Contributor account users.
A team member account can complete checklists shared with them, and view and attach equipment to checklists at their assigned location. The key difference is that they are not able to create checklist templates or edit the details of an equipment record.
A Contributor can have any level of access you grant them, including admin access.
